TYSONS, Va., June 13, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Monkton Inc., is pleased to announce the closed Beta Release of Monkton Tango, a Serverless SAML 2 Identity Provider for Amazon Web Services. Tango deploys into a customer's Amazon Web Services account and allows any trusted organization to enable turnkey CAC/PIV for AWS services like AWS Workspaces, AWS AppStream 2.0—any AWS or other SaaS that supports SAML 2, as well as web applications or website that require CAC/PIV authentication.

"PKI with CAC and PIV have been around for awhile now, and even with amazing gains in the adoption of other multi-factor identity services, they aren't going away anytime soon," commented Harold Smith III, CEO and co-founder of Monkton, Inc. Continuing, "Monkton Tango provides our customers with an agile means to build Cloud Native solutions and integrate with Software as a Service."

This product truly shows the power of Serverless: driving down maintenance, improving customer outcomes, and shipping code.
— Stephen Thompson, CTO and co-founder of Monkton

Many organizations have faced difficulty in integrating federated PKI, which prevents them from adopting SaaS or building their own Cloud Native solutions. Leveraging Tango resolves this issue as any organization can now start incorporating CAC and PIV authorization the very same day.

Tango deploys into your AWS Organization and auto deploys a Serverless Mutual TLS Portal, enabling you to leverage it as an Identity Provider for CAC and PIV for SAML 2 based services. Users simply navigate to the Tango Portal, authenticate, then are passed back to the service.

"Our goal is always to keep it simple," commented Stephen Thompson, CTO and co-founder of Monkton. "By going Serverless, there is less for operations to manage. It deploys in under 30 minutes and can be configured in under 5 minutes. If you've ever integrated SAML 2 before, you'll be up and running in no time. This product truly shows the power of Serverless: driving down maintenance, improving customer outcomes, and shipping code."

Monkton Tango will be available on the Amazon Marketplace and directly from Monkton, Inc. Tango can also be procured through Monkton's MATTER IDIQ. To participate in our closed beta, please contact support@monkton.io
