Modernization Built for Mission Speed

Monkton designs and delivers mobile-first, edge-ready solutions purpose-built for rapid acquisition.

Monkton’s modular architecture enables agencies to deploy MVPs fast, validate value early, and scale responsibly under IDIQs and task orders. Security, compliance, and usability aren’t tradeoffs—they’re the foundation.

Disciplined Speed, Not Shortcuts

Speed alone doesn’t reduce risk—architecture does.

Monkton approaches rapid acquisition as a strategic capability. Every solution is designed to scale from day one, with identity, security, and compliance embedded into the architecture—not bolted on after deployment. Early delivery becomes a durable foundation, not a throwaway pilot.

By shifting learning earlier, agencies reduce lifecycle risk before assumptions harden. Workflows are validated in real conditions, data integrity is preserved, and systems evolve without costly re-architecture or re-procurement.

Built to Hold Up Under Pressure

Rapid delivery only matters if systems work when conditions aren’t perfect.

Monkton’s solutions are designed for disconnected environments, compressed timelines, and operational complexity. We deliver operational MVPs that perform immediately and continue to deliver value as missions expand—without sacrificing trust, performance, or compliance.

Monkton and MATTER

A Proven Model for Rapid, Scalable Acquisition

“Mobile Apps to the Tactical Edge Ready”

Monkton’s leadership in secure mobility and rapid delivery was formally recognized by the Department of Defense through the MATTER Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III, government-wide Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, administered by the U.S. Space Force Space Operations Command (SpOC) Systems Acquisition and Integration Office (SAIO).

Over its 5.5-year run, MATTER proved what disciplined rapid acquisition can deliver when architecture, security, and mission outcomes come first. With a $500M ceiling nearly fully utilized, the contract enabled real operational capabilities—delivered at speed, validated in the field, and extended without re-architecture or re-procurement.

As MATTER winds down, its impact endures. The contract demonstrated how thoughtfully structured IDIQs can accelerate innovation, reduce lifecycle risk, and deliver outcomes—not just activity.

What Comes Next

Monkton continues to help agencies design, stand up, and execute IDIQs quickly and strategically, using the same principles that made MATTER successful:

  • Architecture that scales from first delivery

  • Security, identity, and compliance embedded from day one

  • Early operational validation to reduce downstream risk

  • Acquisition strategies aligned to real mission execution—not demonstrations

The result is faster time to value, cleaner data, and programs that evolve without costly resets.

Proven Outcomes Under MATTER

  • Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC): Delivered secure, mobile capabilities under compressed timelines, enabling operators to capture and act on mission-critical data in disconnected and high-risk environments—moving from pilot to sustained operations without re-architecture.

  • United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM): Fielded edge-ready systems that improved situational awareness and coordination across complex operational contexts, supporting real-world missions where reliability, trust, and speed were non-negotiable.

Why Monkton?

Proven rapid delivery for defense and healthcare

Delivered operational systems under compressed timelines where immediate usability mattered more than demonstrations.

Zero Trust and compliance built in from day one

Architecture aligned with NIST, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and DoD SRG—enabling continuous compliance without rework.

Offline-capable, Edge-ready systems

Designed for real environments where connectivity is unreliable and work cannot pause.

Repeatable success under pressure

MVPs extended through IDIQs and task orders without re-architecture or re-procurement.

The same disciplined approach proven under MATTER—secure mobility, edge-ready architecture, and delivery that scales—is built directly into Monkton’s products: EdgeMX, Anchorage, and Hypersonic.

Monkton Products

Secure Mobility at the Point of Work

EdgeMX enables users to capture and act on data directly where work happens—online or offline.

Mobile-first and edge-ready by design, EdgeMX ensures workflows remain usable in real-world conditions, improving data accuracy and operational continuity from day one.

Technology to Accelerate Delivery

Hypersonic transforms requirements into running systems by automating infrastructure, security controls, and compliance artifacts.

This enables rapid delivery without sacrificing standards, allowing MVPs to extend through task orders instead of being rebuilt.
